This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made through Ellspo Eco. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined below.

Fulfillment Types

Stock Orders

Stock orders refer to non-customized products that are pre-manufactured and available for immediate fulfillment. These may be shipped from in-house inventory or through third-party fulfillment partners.

• Processing Time: Typically 2–3 business days.
• Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping via third-party carriers.
• Packaging Notice: Some stock items may arrive in fulfillment partner-branded packaging (e.g., Amazon).
• Tracking: Provided once the order is shipped.
• Estimated Delivery: Based on the shipment date and destination; timeframes are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs for stock orders are included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders

Custom orders include made-to-order items manufactured to customer specifications. These require quote and final dieline approvals.

• Production Start: Initiates after first invoice payment and artwork/spec approval.
• Lead Time: Varies by product and supplier capacity; measured from production start to delivery.
• Shipping Method: We always use sea freight shipping.
• Tracking: Provided once available.
• Fulfillment: May include international or domestic transit depending on origin location.

Lead times are estimates only and not binding.

Freight Coordination

Ellspo Eco coordinates freight forwarding services through vetted third-party logistics providers. We are not a freight carrier or freight broker. Ellspo Eco maintains oversight to ensure accuracy and environmental accountability, but all freight fulfillment is executed by third-party providers. Delivery timelines and performance remain subject to those providers’ terms and operational conditions.

International Shipping

• Stock Orders: Not eligible for international delivery at this time.
• Custom Orders: May be eligible for international shipping through Ellspo Eco’s coordinated freight services. Availability depends on order size, destination, and partner network. Please contact us to confirm.

Shipping Delays

If a delay occurs due to supply chain disruption, customs issues, weather, or carrier limitations, we will provide revised delivery estimates and maintain ongoing communication.
