This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Stock Orders-
We are able to offer standard shipping for stock orders. These are non-customized products. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Estimated delivery times are the amount of days from when the order leaves the fulfilment center to when it is delivered to you. Some purchases will arrive in Amazon branded packaging. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is processed, you will get an email confirmation with order details, and tracking information when order is shipped.
Custom Orders-

Once initial invoice is paid, production will start. Please expect to wait the lead time for your customized product. Lead times are the amount of days from when production begins to when the order reaches your door. All times and dates given for the lead times of the products are given in are estimates only.

Free Shipping

Our fulfilment/shipping cost is included in our retail value, meaning no additional shipping cost for you.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
